Website
The site uses no tracking cookies and no advertising. Visits are measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
Your browser storage only keeps your chosen theme and whether the intro has been shown. This is never sent to us.
The hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) may process technical logs such as IP addresses for security and reliability.
Purchases and customers
Purchases and support happen on Discord. We process your Discord username, messages and purchase details to fulfil the contract and to meet bookkeeping obligations.
DVmods Anticheat service
The anticheat processes identifiers of players joining the server (e.g. FiveM license, Discord ID, IP address), detection and punishment logs, and screenshots requested by the server staff.
For this data the customer running the server is the controller, and DVmods acts as a processor on the customer's behalf. [Add a reference to the data processing agreement (DPA).]
For panel users (server staff) we process the Discord ID, name, avatar and an audit log of actions.
Retention
